Job Description:

Join a specialized vascular transplant nursing team for a 13-week contract in Baltimore, MD. This role involves caring for post-operative vascular, kidney, and liver transplant patients in a high-acuity Intermediate Care (IMC) unit. Your days will be filled with performing neurovascular assessments, monitoring grafts, managing immunosuppressants, and keeping a close eye on labs and surgical sites. Attention to detail and transplant experience are essential—this isn’t your run-of-the-mill nursing job. The shift runs from 07:00 to 19:30, with every third weekend and holidays on schedule, offering a structured yet dynamic work environment. Expect to be part of a committed team providing critical post-operative care, with opportunities to hone your transplant skills in a fast-paced setting.
