Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Step Down Registered Nurse to join a 22-bed stepdown unit for a 13-week contract. The role involves providing intermediate care to patients in a specialized setting, with shifts scheduled as three 12-hour days from 07:00 to 19:30. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dedicated stepdown environment, managing a patient ratio of 1:4, and requires at least 2 years of experience in stepdown or intermediate care. No call or weekend work is expected, although every other holiday is included. The position requires ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, with CPI preferred. Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. Be prepared to work in a professional setting that values precision and attentiveness, all while enjoying the rewarding experience of supporting patients through critical recovery stages.
