Job Description:

This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse working night shifts in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will start and manage IVs, administer medications with precision, monitor patient vitals, and respond effectively to patient needs. The role involves educating patients on treatments and self-care, collaborating closely with the care team to develop patient plans, and utilizing EPIC EMR for charting. You may also be asked to float to lower acuity units as needed, providing a well-rounded nursing experience in a fast-paced environment. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) over a 13-week contract, offering an engaging opportunity to sharpen your skills in a supportive setting.
