Job Description:

Join our team as a Med/Surg nurse on a 13-week travel assignment in Clarksville, Tennessee, working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. This role offers a chance to experience a variety of wards within our Med/Surg float pool, including general medicine and surgical units. You'll be expected to remain flexible to meet staffing needs across five different units, with occasional float to the emergency room when required. Prior travel experience and at least two years of clinical background are essential. The setting features nurse-to-patient ratios between 1:1 and 1:6, with a patient population of 18+ on the Med/Surg units. You'll use Cerner EMR and wear navy scrubs. This assignment focuses on maintaining a steady schedule, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Please note, there are specific orientation dates and some scheduling restrictions during certain periods due to Epic Go Live.
