Job Description:

Join the team at Endless Mountains Health Systems in Montrose, PA, as a Step Down Registered Nurse during a 13-week contract. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 3AM to 3PM, floating between the Step Down Unit and Med-Surg Telemetry Unit. This role offers the chance to engage with intermediate-level patient care, administer cardiac and insulin drips, and act as Charge Nurse when needed. The smaller hospital setting provides a close-knit environment where your expertise makes a real difference.
