Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital, specializing in the HVTI-Stepdown unit. In this role, you will provide critical care for patients transitioning from intensive care, with the opportunity to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to care for similar patient populations. The shift is scheduled for 12-hour nights from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, offering a steady rhythm for those who excel in overnight work. This assignment is a 13-week contract, perfect for travel nurses seeking a rewarding, fast-paced environment. Experience in similar settings, basic ECG rhythm recognition, and current licensure in Ohio or a compact state are essential, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Expect to work at least every other holiday, with orientation assessments including ECG interpretation and safeMedicate evaluation.
