Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a 23-bed step-down unit and a 16-bed medical-surgical area within a hospital on the main campus in Asheville, North Carolina. You'll work the night shift (12-hour nights), providing care for patients with advanced needs such as stable vented patients, trachs, chest tubes, and cardiac drips. Your responsibilities will include trach care, wound dressing changes, and managing patients with multiple complex conditions. The role offers a chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with a dedicated team of RNs, PCTs, and charge staff. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract, with a typical weekly gross pay of $1,846.20.
