Job Description:

Step into a night shift role on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) where you'll be handling a mix of neuro, stroke, respiratory, and cardiac patients. This 12-hour night assignment involves titrating cardiac drips, continuous telemetry monitoring, and working with a patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. You'll be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:4 in a 36-bed unit with an average daily census of 30. Expect to be working within systems like Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR, and wearing navy blue scrubs as part of your daily routine. This role offers a rewarding chance to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment, with weekend floating within scope and no call requirements. Remember, working during major holidays is expected, with some flexibility depending on the number of holidays during your assignment.
