Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Respiratory Therapists for a 13-week travel assignment at a busy healthcare facility in Southfield, Michigan. This role involves delivering life-support and resuscitation efforts, performing diagnostic procedures in both Intensive Care and General Practice Units, and managing medical gases therapies. You'll work a 36-hour week, providing critical support during various shifts, with the opportunity to supervise, delegate, and mentor less experienced staff. The unique aspect of this assignment lies in the diverse caseload and exposure to trauma-level interventions, especially if you have neonatal intensive care or trauma experience — which is a bonus but not required. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment requiring precision and collaborative communication.
