Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of SICU Registered Nurses in New Orleans for a 13-week travel contract, working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers a chance to care for high-acuity surgical recovery patients, including post-op CABG, valve repairs, transplants, and more. Expect to collaborate closely with a skilled team in a fast-paced ICU setting, with opportunities to float to other ICUs and SDUs. Be prepared for potential emergency team assignments that may require staying at the facility until situations are stabilized. This assignment is perfect for nurses comfortable with dynamic environments and advanced post-op care, including the use of PA catheters and balloon pumps. Compensation is competitive, with an estimated weekly gross pay of $2,083.17.
