Job Description:

Join a bustling ICU team in Rapid City, South Dakota, for an 18-week travel contract that promises an engaging mix of complex medical cases and a supportive environment. As an experienced ICU RN, you'll manage a diverse patient load including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases, often requiring vigilant assessments and quick thinking. This role offers the chance to work in a unique, divided ICU pod setting, focusing on critically ill patients with diagnoses such as ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, and trauma. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, with detailed onboarding and orientation to help you acclimate seamlessly. Your expertise with ventilator management, vasopressors, proning, and hemodynamic lines will be put to good use, while Epic EMR familiarity ensures smooth charting.
