Job Description:

Join our team for an engaging 13-week contract in North Platte, Nebraska, as part of the hospital’s vibrant laboratory staff. This role is perfect for experienced Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on varied shifts, including evenings and some nights. You'll dive into diverse laboratory testing, from chemistry and microbiology to PCR and blood culture identification, using top-tier equipment like Beckman Coulter analyzers. This position offers a chance to expand your technical skills and collaborate closely with physicians and interdepartmental teams in a setting that values precision and thoroughness—everything from manual assays to automated systems. The role’s shift schedule rotates every third weekend and includes holiday coverage, making it a lively and flexible experience.
