Job Description:

Join us as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Oklahoma City for a 13-week contract that offers a chance to make a difference in patient transition and care coordination. You'll work four days a week, 10 hours each, helping facilitate inpatient discharge planning, guide post-acute transitions, and ensure compliance with patient choices and regulatory standards. This role is perfect for seasoned RN Case Managers with at least two years of nursing experience and a minimum of one year specializing in case management. The setting provides a professional environment focused on collaboration and efficiency, with opportunities to float within scope to assist other departments if needed. The schedule features day shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, every other weekend off, and a total weekly commitment of 40 hours. Travel experience and certifications like CCM or ACM are a plus for top candidates.
