Job Description:

Join a high-acuity Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) in Everett, Washington, where you'll be caring for critically ill patients with complex conditions such as respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, multisystem organ failure, and shock states. This 13-week travel contract offers a 12-hour day shift, providing a steady rhythm in a fast-paced environment, with guaranteed 60 hours every two weeks. You will work alongside a CNA and perform procedures such as bedside line placements, intubations, thoracentesis, and code blue responses. Flexibility is key; floating to telemetry units may be required, and single-patient ratios are maintained unless patient boarding increases. The role is perfect for experienced travelers eager to make an impact in a Level II Trauma Center environment while experiencing the unique healthcare challenges of an urban hospital setting.
