Working eight-hour days from Monday to Friday at Mount Nittany in State College, you will be responsible for managing tissue specimens with precision and efficiency. Your daily tasks include identifying and processing tissue samples, assisting pathologists during gross examinations and frozen section preparation, and performing special stains essential for accurate diagnoses. The role offers a hands-on experience with tissue handling, slide preparation, and maintaining meticulous records—skills that will keep your technical proficiency sharp and your attention to detail on point.
