Job Description:

Join our team as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, and experience a rewarding night-shift assignment at a busy short-term acute care facility. This 13-week contract offers 36 guaranteed hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You'll be responsible for monitoring telemetry equipment, administering medications, and providing essential support to the medical team, all while navigating a role that demands attention to detail and quick thinking. The setting includes a 78-bed hospital where your tele unit experience will shine. Expect to work on a team that values professionalism and expertise, with a chance to float to different units based on hospital needs. Remember, fluency in telemetry and ambulatory care is a must, and certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS are required to ensure you're ready for this fast-paced environment. Travelers residing within 50 miles of Lebanon, IN, are considered local and will receive a $15 hourly differential. Prepare to work weekends, with a minimum of three every six weeks, and be aware that call-ins may require picking up additional shifts.
