Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team in Fort Wayne for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be providing specialized care in a 31-bed unit, often floating to Pediatric or PICU units as needed. This role focuses on patients requiring one-to-one or one-to-two nurse-to-patient ratios, offering an opportunity to hone your neonatology skills while working with advanced equipment like EPIC charting and Pyxis medication systems. The position requires at least 2 years of Level III NICU experience, a current Indiana RN license, BLS, and NRP certifications. Orientation is scheduled for a full week, with mandatory attendance, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your assignment. Expect a mix of challenging yet rewarding shifts, and the chance to make a real difference during this impactful assignment.
