Job Description:

Join us for a travel Case Manager RN role in Dalton, Georgia, where you’ll coordinate discharge planning for adult and geriatric patients. This assignment offers the chance to work with Epic and Interqual systems, providing critical support in a busy setting. You’ll bring your two years of case management experience and your knack for clear communication with providers, nursing staff, and families. The work involves managing a patient load of about 25 to 30, with hours occasionally exceeding the standard day shift, and every other weekend on call. If you’ve recently worked remotely but kept your Epic and Interqual skills fresh, this is the perfect fit for you.
