Job Description:

Join us for a travel RN Case Management position on the 5th Floor Neuro Step Down unit at Medical City Fort Worth in Texas. This 13-week assignment offers the chance to work in a specialized unit caring for patients with neurological conditions, a setting that promises both challenges and rewarding moments. You'll be managing patient flow, coordinating care plans, and working alongside a small, focused team of one RN and one social worker during 8-hour daytime shifts. This role is perfect for self-starters who thrive in a collaborative environment and have at least one year of acute care case management experience. Familiarity with Meditech and Careport EMRs and CCM certification are highly preferred, helping you hit the ground running in this focused setting.
