Job Description:

Join our Pediatrics - Almost Home Kids unit in Peoria, Illinois, for a 13-week travel nursing opportunity that combines hands-on pediatric care with a sense of community. This role is ideal for RNs with at least 1 year of Pediatric ICU experience who enjoy working with children with complex medical needs, including respiratory support, trach vents, and chronic conditions like cerebral palsy and metabolic disorders. You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing specialized care in private-room beds, with a consistent night shift schedule that allows you to focus on patient needs and enjoy your time off. Expect to troubleshoot vents, assist with medication preparation, and collaborate closely with a team that values your expertise in creating a home-like environment for these young patients.
