Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse contract in Glendale, Arizona, offers 13 weeks of 12-hour night shifts. The RN will assess patients, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, administer treatments according to orders, evaluate patient responses, document care, and coordinate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. The role also includes patient and family education, discharge planning, delegation and supervision of care activities, and support for quality outcomes in an acute care setting. A current Arizona or compact RN license and BLS certification are required.
