Job Description:

Join this exciting Mother Baby & Labor & Delivery assignment where you'll be part of a busy birthing center handling approximately 150-180 deliveries each month. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently during deliveries, assisting with catching babies, transitioning them, and supporting high-risk pregnancies such as preeclampsia and diabetes. This role includes circulating in c-sections, attending low-risk deliveries, and working with a dedicated team in a unit that operates 24/7 with in-house obstetricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, and a surgical tech available around the clock. Expect a shift structure of 12-hour night shifts with a commitment of 36 hours per week for 13 weeks. The setting is ideal for experienced RNs comfortable with titrating drips like Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin, and able to function seamlessly in a fast-paced obstetric environment. This is a chance to utilize your LDRP expertise while contributing to an environment that values adaptability, proactive communication, and quality care.
