Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers the opportunity to work in a specialized psychiatric unit with adolescent patients demonstrating challenging behaviors such as aggression, impulsivity, and self-harm. The role involves administering medications, implementing physical holds, and making critical decisions regarding seclusion in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working 12-hour day shifts across a 13-week assignment, providing care and support to teens in a setting that emphasizes safety and therapeutic intervention. This unique position combines clinical responsibilities with the rewarding challenge of working with youth in need of mental health stabilization.
