Job Description:

Join a dedicated team on the 4th floor of North Austin Medical Center for a 13-week contract working as an RN in Labor and Delivery. This role offers a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends, no call requirements, and a focus on advanced fetal monitoring and obstetric procedures such as SVD, cerclages, and C-sections. As a traveler in this unit, you will manage patient ratios of 1:2 and be involved in high-acuity obstetric care, utilizing equipment like Novii, JADA, and fetal monitoring devices. Your expertise in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and SVE competency will be vital to providing quality care in a high-volume setting with integrated EMR systems like Meditech. This assignment is perfect for experienced Labor and Delivery RNs seeking to deepen their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and technical competence.
