Job Description:

Join us as a Utilization Review Nurse in Kinston, North Carolina, where your expertise in hospital utilization management will be put to good use. This in-person role involves reviewing the appropriateness of admissions, levels of care, and discharge planning, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. You'll work daily with InterQual and MCG evaluation criteria, support care transitions, and collaborate closely with physicians and the care team. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence patient flow and reimbursement in a busy hospital setting while enjoying a predictable schedule of day shifts.
