Job Description:

Join our team in a vibrant Children’s Hospital as a NICU nurse, working in a dedicated Intensive Care Nursery responsible for caring for the smallest patients during critical moments. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized setting within a hospital within a hospital, focusing solely on neonatal intensive care. You’ll primarily work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential care to newborns in a 30-bed unit with an average census of 22-24 infants. While the main role does not include attending deliveries, you will also float to Chad Inpatient Unit, including Pediatrics, Pedi Step Down, and PICU, with a focus on matching skills to patient needs. Experience in a similar setting is required, and the environment offers a chance to refine specialized neonatal skills while experiencing a collaborative and supportive team environment.
