Job Description:

Join a high-energy ICU team in Kearney, Nebraska, for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a chance to work with adult trauma, cardiac, and vascular patients. As a Critical Care Nurse, you'll be responsible for managing complex cases such as sepsis, post-stent care, pacemaker placements, and respiratory distress, all within a 33-bed unit. Expect to navigate ventilator management, titratable drips, and monitoring of cardiac and respiratory equipment. This role involves both patient-focused tasks and technical responsibilities, including reading and interpreting monitors and troubleshooting ventilators, all during 12-hour night shifts. With a focus on patient safety and efficiency, you'll be an integral part of a team that values skilled and dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment.
