Job Description:

Join us as an ICU Registered Nurse in Odessa, Texas, for a 13-week contract. This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced ICU environment with shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. You’ll be responsible for providing critical care, monitoring multiple patients with ratios sometimes shifting to 5-6:1 when floating to medical-surgical or Telemetry units. This position requires flexibility and clinical expertise, with necessary certifications such as ACLS, BLS, TNCC or TCAR, NIH, along with stroke education and EKG courses (training can be provided if needed). The assignment enables you to experience the hospital's intensive environment while sharing your skills in a rewarding and challenging setting.
