Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Wilmington, North Carolina, on a 13-week travel contract. This role involves 12-hour night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, where you’ll provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical conditions. You'll be part of an Inclement Weather Team, ready to respond during storms or emergencies, including potential COVID patient care. The assignment requires a minimum of two years of experience, EPIC proficiency, and the ability to manage insulin and heparin drips. Be prepared to work holidays, and if qualified, take on charge nurse responsibilities during your shift. This position offers a unique opportunity to experience a vibrant community while honing your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a daily census of approximately 43 patients.
