Job Description:

Join a busy Labor and Delivery unit as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Seattle, Washington. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing high-level care during high-risk deliveries in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The position requires circulating during deliveries and providing newborn care, including eyes, thighs, and assessment, as well as administering medications like Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate. If you enjoy the challenge of supporting both mother and baby through complex situations, this assignment offers an engaging opportunity to showcase your expertise while adapting to a vibrant city setting. Expect to float between post-partum, antepartum, and sometimes to sister facilities supporting Mother/Baby units, always maintaining a focus on safety and clinical excellence.
