Job Description:

Join a specialized Respiratory Therapist role in the NICU at a hospital in Conway, Arkansas, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, rotating through NICU, ICU, emergency, and nursery units, where you will manage ventilators, provide oxygen therapy, and assist with high-risk deliveries. Your expertise will be essential in stabilizing infants, managing airway equipment, and supporting various neonatal respiratory procedures. This assignment is ideal for RTs with at least one year of acute care experience, including ventilator management, ABGs, and ER/ICU work, and welcomes those with additional pediatrics or nursery experience.
