Job Description:

Join our travel acute care team as an RN contract professional in Sterling, Colorado. In this role, you’ll assess and reassess patient needs, review histories and diagnostics, and collaborate with the broader healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care. You’ll coordinate and delegate clinical activities, supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel as appropriate, and ensure continuity of care through clear, timely communication. Throughout your shift, you’ll evaluate responses to care and education, revise care plans based on changing needs, and maintain accurate, policy-aligned documentation.
