Job Description:

Step into a rewarding travel contract as an RN supporting Women’s Services within Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and related Peds/Gyn workflow at Rutherford Regional Medical Center in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. This immediate backfill role centers on antepartum and mother/baby unit coverage with a mix of L&D and triage-facing responsibilities, using Philips fetal monitoring equipment and MediTech EHR. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours, including every 3rd weekend, and you can expect floating as needed across the Women’s Services area.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience, including charge experience. If you’re drawn to hands-on organization, teamwork across maternal and newborn needs, and the pace of a busy birthing unit, this assignment offers a clear, structured schedule and the chance to make an immediate impact.

Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONF Fetal Monitoring.
