Job Description:

Join a travel Respiratory Therapist contract in Brockton, Massachusetts, supporting critical care environments that call for strong ventilator judgment and detail-oriented respiratory management. This assignment works PM shifts at 12 hours, with a rotation that includes 36-hour nights, plus every-other weekend and every-other holiday participation. You’ll be part of a team that responds to time-sensitive needs, including participation on the Code Blue team, and you’ll make ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory results while applying lung-protective ventilation strategies.

To be successful here, you’ll bring 4+ years of recent experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 trauma facility, including recent critical care experience in both MICU and SICU. Familiarity with lung protective ventilation is required, and experience with Level III NICU is preferred. Preferred familiarity with Drager XL and v500 ventilators is a plus. If you hold RRT certification and NRP, and you’re licensed with the MA Respiratory Care board with BLS, you’re well-positioned for this role. NPS and/or ACCS experience is preferred.
