Job Description:

Join our team in Williston, ND, for a 13-week travel RN contract specializing in labor and delivery. This role involves floating between obstetric, postpartum, med-surg, and ER units, offering a variety of patient care experiences. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing support during labor, monitoring fetal strips, assisting with C-sections, and managing maternal and neonatal patients. Your ability to interpret fetal heart monitors and respond swiftly to changing situations will be vital. Expect to collaborate with a charge nurse, work alongside CNAs and techs, and handle titratable drips like Pitocin, magnesium, and insulin. This position offers an engaging blend of routine and critical thinking tasks in a newly updated facility, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
