Job Description:

Join a vibrant Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum unit as a travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Longmont, Colorado. This role offers 12-hour night shifts, allowing you to experience the peaceful quiet of overnight work while providing essential support to mothers and newborns. You’ll be delivering care in a 12-bed LDRP setting, with a dedicated C-section room and a busy birth volume of around 300 deliveries annually. The unit appreciates nurses with at least one year of recent LDRP experience, comfortable with antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including triage. Circulating and recovery for C-sections are part of your responsibilities, and prior travel experience is a plus. The schedule is set by leadership for six weeks at a time, with some flexibility needed to fill gaps and assist with weekend rotations. You’ll also have the opportunity to receive orientation to overflow mastectomy patients, often overnight stays. Certifications like BLS, AWHONN intermediate or advanced, and C-EFM are required, and titrating drips such as Pitocin and Mag is common but not mandatory for all. This assignment offers a dynamic environment to expand skills and experience while supporting a well-respected unit. In addition, you’ll be working in a friendly community with plenty of opportunities to explore nearby attractions.
