Job Description:

Join a specialized obstetric and neonatal unit where you'll be instrumental in providing critical care during 12-hour night shifts. As an RN floating between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Maternal Medsurg, and Emergency rooms, you'll interpret fetal strips, manage titratable drips like Pitocin and magnesium, and support a variety of obstetric and neonatal patient needs. This role offers a chance to work in an environment with a mix of routine and high-acuity cases, all while ensuring compliance with AWHONN guidelines and quality metrics. Your experience and critical thinking will help keep the unit running smoothly, even relaying on your ability to troubleshoot RT equipment and read vital signs accurately. Be prepared to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and contribute to an environment that values safety and teamwork with a small but mighty team of CNAs and techs.
