Job Description:

Join us for an engaging labor and delivery RN contract where you'll assist with all aspects of childbirth, from labor and delivery to postpartum and newborn care. You'll be actively involved in procedures like vaginal deliveries, vacuum or forceps-assisted births, external cephalic versions, and cesarean sections. Care for newborns, including performing assessments and newborn hearing screens, will be a key part of your role. This assignment offers the chance to work in a close-knit team, never alone, with supportive experienced nurses by your side. Your responsibilities will keep you on your toes, utilizing equipment such as electronic fetal monitoring, ultrasound, and infant warmers, all while contributing to the health and safety of mothers and babies in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Grand Island, Nebraska
Shift: 12-hour nights, 1830-0700
Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week
