Job Description:

Join a prestigious medical-surgical unit as a Registered Nurse on a 14-week travel assignment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) in a fast-paced environment that handles adult to geriatric patient populations. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to a typical census of 48 patients across 49 rooms, with an average ratio of 1:5-6. Familiarity with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems is required. The unit’s color-coded scrub policy is navy blue, adding a bit of style to your nightly routine. This assignment offers a unique chance to experience a busy hospital setting while enjoying flexibility with floating within the scope of practice. Candidates with at least one year of medical-surgical experience are encouraged to apply—first-timers are welcome. No call obligations, but working during major holidays may be required.
