Job Description:

Join a vibrant respiratory and neuro diagnostics team at a well-equipped hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In this role, you'll provide specialized respiratory therapy across Pediatric ICU, PICU, and adult ICU settings, with occasional adult floor therapy duties. The position offers a full orientation week to familiarize you with the facility and patient population. You'll work 12-hour days on a rotational schedule, every other weekend, and may assist with transport as needed. This is a perfect fit for Respiratory Therapists with at least one year of PICU, PEDS, or adult ICU experience, holding current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications, and an NBRC RRT credential. NICU experience is a plus. Your expertise will help manage an average of about 15 patients daily, depending on acuity, within a 440-bed hospital. This assignment offers a chance to enjoy a rewarding work environment while experiencing a diverse clinical caseload.
