Job Description:

Join a Level II Trauma Center in Newport News, VA, as a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA or CSA) for a 13-week contract. This role involves supporting a diverse team across 15 operating rooms, including specialties such as Neuro, General/Trauma, Robotics, Ortho, ENT, Vascular, GYN, GI, and Plastics. Expect to work four days a week with 10-hour daytime shifts from 07:00 to 17:30. If you thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment and have at least one year of OR experience as a Surgical Assistant, this opportunity offers a dynamic experience assisting in complex procedures while contributing to patient outcomes in a bustling hospital setting. The position emphasizes hands-on support behind the scenes, ensuring procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
