Job Description:

Join a specialized team of ECMO, LVAD, and Cath lab recovery capable nurses in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves working in a CVICU, heart step-down/progressive care units, and Cath lab recovery areas. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting patients recovering from complex cardiac procedures, utilizing your expertise to ensure seamless transitions from surgery to recovery. The assignment offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in state-of-the-art cardiac recovery settings while working in a hospital environment that values precision and teamwork. The shift is 12-hour nights, combining the challenge of overnight coverage with the opportunity to focus deeply on patient recovery processes. Expect to participate in a comprehensive 4-hour hospital orientation followed by your scheduled shift on the floor, engaging in meaningful work that directly supports patient well-being.
