Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia, offers Registered Nurses a chance to work night shifts (12 hours) on a Med/Surg Stepdown unit. You'll be responsible for managing a variety of patient diagnoses in a 34-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:5-6 for Floor beds. Your role includes titrating drips, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with charge nurses and transport RNs during evening and early morning hours. The position emphasizes a team approach, with nurse aides and RTs supporting patient care around the clock. This assignment combines clinical expertise with a unique opportunity to experience the daily rhythm of a busy hospital unit in a lively West Virginia city.
