Job Description:

Join our team as an experienced ICU RN in a specialized Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work with critical cardiac patients, including those requiring advanced device support like IABP, Impella, and ECMO. Expect to manage ventilators, monitor hemodynamics with Swan lines and arterial lines, and participate in post-cardiac surgery care. The position involves 12-hour night shifts, providing a balanced schedule to focus on complex patient cases and interdisciplinary collaboration. This assignment stands out for its focus on high-acuity cardiac cases and the chance to develop expertise with specialized cardiac devices in a renowned hospital setting.
