Job Description:

This Med/Surg nursing role offers an engaging opportunity for experienced nurses to deliver direct patient care in a hospital setting in Lander, Wyoming. You'll be responsible for providing bedside nursing, administering medications, monitoring patient vitals, and educating patients and their families about post-surgical care. Working the 12-hour night shift, you'll experience the unique quiet and reflection of nighttime hours, while directly supporting a diverse group of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases. This position allows you to apply your clinical skills in a focused environment, with an emphasis on patient safety and personalized care. Expect to collaborate closely with the healthcare team, respond to emergency situations, and participate in discharge planning, all within a setting that values professional autonomy and teamwork.
