Job Description:

Join a travel assignment as an ICU RN in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where you'll provide specialized intensive care to adult patients in a 20-bed unit. This role involves 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including every other weekend and every other holiday, with floating required to tele unit when needed. You'll work closely with a team to manage patient ratios of 2:1, with a surge plan of 3:1, ensuring critical care is delivered efficiently. The position emphasizes fast-paced decision-making and technical expertise, with preferred experience in open heart surgery, Impella devices, and Cerner EMR. The role starts as soon as possible for a duration of 13 weeks, offering a rewarding opportunity to apply your ICU skills in a vibrant setting without long-term commitment.
