Job Description:

This Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse position offers a rewarding opportunity to work within the Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit (PIMC). You will provide specialized care for non-ICU pediatric patients, including those with complex post-operative conditions, ventilator needs, and chronic support devices. The shift involves 12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM over a period of 13 weeks, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You'll be part of a team that values evidence-based practices and compassionate patient-centered care, often stepping into charge RN roles when needed—so bring your pediatric experience and a proactive attitude.
