Job Description:

Join a vibrant postpartum unit at a respected hospital in Denver, Colorado, for an engaging travel RN opportunity. This role focuses on providing specialized care to new mothers and their babies, with a mix of monitoring vital signs, administering medications, educating families, and managing perineal care. You'll work on the 3rd floor of a busy 23-bed unit, collaborating with approximately 80 staff members. The shift is 12 hours overnight, from 7 PM to 7 AM, for a duration of 13 weeks. Experience acute care postpartum and postpartum/M/B unit skills will help you hit the ground running in this supportive, fast-paced environment. Expect to handle patient ratios of about 3 or 4:1, with access to modern equipment like Meditech EMR and CPN.
