Job Description:

Join Aspirus Wausau Hospital as a Travel RN in the Post Surgical Care Unit for a 10-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers a chance to be part of a fast-paced, high-volume surgical ward that handles an average of 10-15 admissions daily. You'll manage postoperative recovery for adult and geriatric patients, with opportunities to work in a unit that emphasizes teamwork, multitasking, and prioritizing based on patient acuity. Experience with Epic EMR, trauma level II environments, and recent hospital experience are essential, along with a minimum of 2 years in Med Surg. Shift flexibility, including day/night variable shifts and every other weekend and holiday coverage, makes this an engaging and dynamic assignment.
