Job Description:

Join a thriving cardiovascular unit in Omaha, Nebraska, for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. As a registered nurse in this specialized setting, you'll manage intermediate care and post-surgical CVICU patients, supporting thoracic procedures, cath labs, and structural heart cases. Your responsibilities include titrating medications like amio, nitro, and epi, interpreting telemetry strips, and providing vigilant patient monitoring. The role offers the chance to experience a fast-paced, collaborative environment with onsite intensivist, hospitalist, and cardiology support. Expect to work with patient ratios of up to 1:4, with a focus on cardiac and vascular diagnoses.
